Welcome to Airtech Mechanical Heating & Cooling. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the mechanical services we provide. By accessing our site or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before scheduling service.
We offer professional residential and commercial HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration services across Metro Detroit. Our technicians will perform installations, repairs, and maintenance as agreed upon in your service estimate. We reserve the right to refuse service if the work environment is deemed unsafe or hazardous.
We provide upfront estimates before commencing any repair or installation work. All quotes are valid for a specific period outlined on the document. Prices are subject to change if unexpected complications arise during the job, but we’ll always discuss and get your approval for any additional costs before proceeding.
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless we’ve arranged prior financing or a commercial billing agreement. We accept major credit cards, checks, and approved financing options. Late payments might incur additional fees as permitted by Michigan law.
We value your time and strive to arrive within the scheduled service window. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours of notice. Repeated late cancellations might result in a scheduling fee.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranties for new equipment installations are provided directly by the manufacturer. We also offer limited labor warranties on our repairs, which we’ll detail in your service invoice. These warranties do not cover damage caused by lack of routine maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters.
Airtech Mechanical Heating & Cooling is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or website. Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We aren’t responsible for pre-existing property damage or issues unrelated to the mechanical systems we service.
You agree to provide our technicians with safe and clear access to your HVAC equipment, plumbing fixtures, or commercial refrigeration units. Pets should be secured, and the work area must be free of hazards. If a technician feels unsafe, we reserve the right to reschedule the service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
